LCLD Alumni Racial Justice Roundtable Discussions
Session II: Retention

Thank you to all LCLD Alumni, Fellows, and Pathfinders who participated in the first round of round table discussions in August.  Our subsequent sessions will address topics identified by our LCLD Alumni during the August sessions.

Our second sessions will take place October 6, 8, and 9, 2020. These discussions will focus on retention of attorneys of color. We will frame this discussion with two articles on this topic:
Why They Left: Black Lawyers on Why Big Law Can't Keep them Around
by Dylan Jackson
Forum Magazine: A 4-Step Strategy for Retaining Attorneys of Color
by Natalie Runyon

All LCLD Alumni, Fellows and Pathfinders are welcome and encouraged to participate in these round table discussions.  Each round table discussion group will consist of no more than 10 people, including one facilitator and one scribe.  The ultimate goal of our round tables will be to provide ideas and collective action on how to achieve sustainable and tangible diversity and inclusion goals in our respective organizations and to provide an action plan for our organizations to use to reach these goals.

There are three date and time options for our second round of discussions. You may register for one of the sessions below:
