The LCLD Alumni Outreach Committee invites you to give "Thanks" this month by participating in a wellness-themed Outreach Activity! The holidays are approaching and we all know what a busy time this can be. We encourage you to show your gratitude for the larger LCLD community and take time for yourself by participating in a 5k run or walk sometime during the month of November. You can use this link to identify a run, walk, or Thanksgiving themed "Turkey Trot" in your area, or find one on your own. Please send photos of you or your squad completing your event to Chenoa Forrester. 

Can't make it to an event this month? Donations to a team are encouraged and pictures accepted! The first 10 individuals to submit photos of their event will receive a LCLD ball cap! For any questions, please contact Shani Alexander or Valerie Vidal.
