Recent studies show that the well-documented mental health and well-being challenges for lawyers are even worse for members of the profession who are part of underrepresented and historically-excluded identity groups. While this should come as no surprise in light of the continued challenges the legal profession faces with respect to advancing diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), more attention needs to be placed on near and long-term strategies that will help lawyers from all backgrounds to thrive.

Robinson, a former practicing lawyer-turned-diversity and wellness consultant, about how you can use mindfulness and other just-in-time, research-based strategies that can assist lawyers with interrupting burnout, prioritizing their personal well-being, and enhancing professional efficacy.
