Description: This program is designed to help you create and maximize your career by identifying common roadblocks and the deeply personal aspects of your life that will impact your career. You will learn to anticipate and avoid career roadblocks. You will also have the opportunity to work with other Fellows to discuss critical career planning strategic issues.
