Challenges of Staying Connected in a Virtual World
LCLD & American Bar Association
Date: Thursday, September 15, 2022
Time: 11:00 AM - 12:45 PM ET
Virtual Panel
This unique program will bring together two distinguished members of the LEL Section and two participants from the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) to answer the most important questions about working life in 2022 and beyond. How are workers and employers in professional settings navigating an increasingly hybrid environment? What are the practical, cultural, human resources and legal implications of this becoming our new way of working together? What added complexities and challenges arise from a divided workforce, where some employees are remote, while others are not? Join us as we tackle these and other emerging yet already pressing issues. The panel discussion will be followed by an opportunity for virtual networking between Section and LCLD members.
