Building relationships can be challenging and yet also extremely valuable for our success. Whether we’re aiming to build our network, advance our careers, better serve our clients, or build a book of business, knowing how to build trust is a fundamental skill to continue to master. This year, we will have three sessions for Accountability Partner groups to explore the role of trust in business relationships and the various ways to engender trust with others. In the first upcoming session, participants will explore more specifically various playbooks on how we build relationships. Through exercises designed to promote connection and self-reflection, participants will begin to recognize their personal formula for building trust. In the second and third sessions later this year, we will engage in exercises to deepen trust in professional environments, including amongst your cohort. By the end of these three sessions, we hope participants will have a much clearer understanding of their personal and professional formulas for building trust, and how to use it to build successful relationships in pursuit of your goals.
