Hideyuki Sakamoto is Vice President & International Counsel at the Prudential Insurance Company of America, responsible for legal matters of the companys International Insurance business. Sakamoto joined Prudential Holdings of Japan as Vice President in 2011, and was promoted to Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Prudential Gibraltar Financial Life Insurance Company Limited (bank channel operations in Japan) in 2012. For a one year assignment to the U.S., Sakamoto moved with his family to New Jersey in August 2014.
