Leadership Positions
The State Bar of California, The Litigation Section - Executive Committee Member 2011-2014. The Litigation Section is governed by a 15-member Executive Committee, assisted by a distinguished panel of judicial and attorney advisors. The work of the Section is accomplished by its Standing Committees and Editorial Boards. Rhonda served on several Standing Committees related to proposed legislative changes and continuing legal education. Rhonda's other past leadership positions include: Oakland Museum of Children's Art - Vice Chair, Board Of Directors; California Association of Black Lawyers - Board of Directors; East Bay Community Law Center - Board of Directors and, Charles Houston Bar Association of Oakland Inc. - Board of Directors.
