• I will identify and act as a sponsor for a minority attorney in my firm.
• I will strive to expand opportunities for minority attorneys to achieve equity membership in my firm.
• I will chair my firm’s DE&I Committee.

• Practice Group Leaders will provide clear, measurable plans for providing opportunities for diverse attorney candidates.
• Diverse attorneys will be given opportunities to develop and foster direct client relationships.
• Client relationship Members will provide clear, measurable plans for sharing client credit with diverse attorneys.
