Organizational Commitment
- Embed diversity & inclusion into all career development processes and procedures for the Firm
- Increase the representation of individuals from diverse backgrounds throughout our Firm
- Incorporate the learnings and best practices of LCLD and the Mansfield Rule Midsize Law Firm initiative into all aspects of our Firm operations
- Implement more structured summer associate and associate development programs to hire and retain diverse talent
- Focus not only on diversity & inclusion among the Firm’s attorneys and staff, but also implement vendor diversity initiatives
