• Use my platform as a leading voice in one of the nation’s oldest IP boutique law firms to advocate for diversity and inclusion in the intellectual property field

Organizational Commitment

• Embed diversity & inclusion into all career development processes and procedures for the Firm
• Increase the representation of individuals from diverse backgrounds throughout our Firm
• Incorporate the learnings and best practices of LCLD and the Mansfield Rule Midsize Law Firm initiative into all aspects of our Firm operations
• Implement more structured summer associate and associate development programs to hire and retain diverse talent
• Focus not only on diversity & inclusion among the Firm’s attorneys and staff, but also implement vendor diversity initiatives
