Personal Commitments

• I will listen to all employees with equal and undivided attention. I will strive to mentor, sponsor and challenge all of our attorneys and instill the highest level of professionalism in every aspect of our business.
• I will actively participate in programs within the office and community that support and promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
• I will continue to take on the leadership role with our firm's diversity efforts.
• I will personally maintain involvement in the recruiting, professional development, promotion and long term success of all diverse attorneys and employees in the firm.
• I will continue to recruit clients and introduce all to the benefits of membership in LCLD.

Organizational Commitments

• Develop and implement procedures focused on holding partners accountable for the success of the firm's DE&I efforts.
• Research and implement a firmwide educational program focused on expanding all employee's understanding of Diversity and Inclusion.
• All members will work to educate, acknowledge, and overcome unconscious biases within our own minds, while introducing a firm wide implicit bias training and education curriculum for all attorneys and staff.
• Bailey & Wyant PLLC will strive to make diversity more than just a program and to uphold the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion as a lifestyle and regular practice in our organization and throughout our community.
• Pledge to review firm policies and procedures annually to ensure that firm-wide practices are inclusive and equitable.
