Personal Commitment

  • Use my voice as a leader in my organization and in the profession to advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession and in my community
  • Use my leadership position and voice as a catalyst for meaningful progress and to underscore its urgency
  • Demonstrate through my words and actions a true and authentic commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Use my position among my firm’s leadership to advocate for changes to improve the equity of processes such as work assignments and hiring

Organizational Commitment

  • Setting our standards high by annually aiming for the Mansfield Plus Certification despite the annual increased standards, continuing the focus on diversity through our hires, promotions, and leadership appointments 
  • Continue supporting diversity programs in an effort to meet our global aspirational gender diversity target: a minimum of 40% women, a minimum of 40% men and 20% flexibility to be truly inclusive
  • Supporting NRF Racial Equity Council’s charge and supporting their action plan to help identify improvements we can make in recruiting, retaining and promoting Black lawyers and business services personnel
  • Strengthen our existing sponsorship programs and explore expansion opportunities
