Personal Commitment

• I will work closely w/our Pathfinders and Fellows to incorporate the lessons they’re learning through LCLD into our firm’s DE&I initiatives. 
• I will work closely with our Pathfinders and Fellows to give them opportunities to take on leadership opportunities within the firm.
• I will build networks within the legal community to help improve diversity across the profession.

Organizational Commitment

• We will ensure that our firm has a robust DE&I training curriculum that will provide us with practical tips and strategies to continue to improve DE&I at the firm. 
• We will continue to create systems to objectively evaluate not just recruiting and retention work but also inclusivity and opportunities at the firm from a DE&I perspective. 
• We will seek out professional development opportunities for diverse associates.
