Personal Commitments

  • Use my voice as a leader to advocate for DEI at my organization and in my community.
  • Sponsor and participate in programs and provide resources that support employees and help current leaders identify and develop future leaders equitably to increase inclusion and diversity.
  • Build DEI measures into our annual goals to create consistency in how we drive and track progress to ensure DEI is a core competency in the legal department.
  • Encourage and foster a culture where colleagues are able to feel free to share diverse views and perspectives and have equal opportunities for advancement and development.
  • I will support Ginkgo’s participation in the LCLD Fellows and Pathfinder Programs, and other DEI programs, and will actively engage with current participants and alumni annually to learn about their experience and support their career growth and development.
