Personal Commitment

• I will use my voice as a leader in my organization and in the profession to advocate for a truly diverse legal profession.
• I will use my position among my firm’s leadership to improve the fairness and inclusiveness of processes such as work assignments, hiring, and compensation, as well as focusing on diverse members of the firm feeling like they belong.

Organizational Commitment

• I will ask our DE&I Chair to prepare and present to firm leadership annual DE&I action plans and related metrics, and will support the goals and action items of our DE&I Committee.
• I will support programs in society and within our organization that are designed to attract, inspire, and nurture talent with the goal of helping and inspiring a more diverse generation of attorneys to ascend to positions of leadership.
