Personal Commitment

  • Ensure diversity, inclusion and collaboration remain an integral part of the culture we are creating within the Organon Office of General Counsel to make sure that everyone has a voice and feels a sense of belonging.
  • Provide leadership and support for Organon’s initiatives to support diversity, equity and inclusion. 
  • Continue to partner with Organon’s executive leadership team to build upon our progress on diversity and inclusion commitments outlined in our ESG Report. 
  • Actively engage with our employee resource groups to promote our value of belonging within Organon. 
  • Be a voice for diversity and inclusion within the legal profession. 

Organizational Commitment

  • Continue to promote diversity through the Organon Legal Network, through using minority-owned firms, by measuring outside counsel’s use of diverse counsel on Organon matters, and using those metrics and engagements to promote further diversity in our outside counsel network.
  • Support Organon’s Office of General Counsel engagement with pro bono organizations and projects that further the goals of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Continue to support organizations like the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and programs such as the 1L Scholars program to help promote diversity in the legal profession.
  • Promote a culture of belonging for everyone within the Office of General Counsel through recruiting and including individuals with diverse experiences and backgrounds.
