- Drive representation goals with the aim of reflecting the diversity of local communities in the more than 150 countries where we operate, including supporting our goals to increase women in executive leadership roles globally and to double U.S. Black management representation by 2024 (over 2018 baseline)
- Include underrepresented candidates in interview slates for open roles on my team
- Consider diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of staffing matters and in succession planning
- Support employee resource groups and encourage active engagement by colleagues
- Continue to promote our team's internship programs with a focus on providing opportunities to diverse talent
Culture
- Recognize, celebrate, and advocate for a more inclusive culture
- Hold people managers accountable for delivering DE&I objectives
- Leverage our DE&I enterprise programs to foster a more inclusive environment on my team

Community
- Support our commitment to spend $1 billion with minority and women-owned businesses by 2024, including increasing our team's annual spend with women and minority-owned law firms and agencies

- Partner to effectively drive pro bono initiatives and volunteer opportunities that support underrepresented groups and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
Metrics
- Mentor, sponsor, and be mentored by five or more diverse leaders in 2022
- Do at least one thing per week to support, advocate, or foster diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Meet with LCLD Fellows, Pathfinders, and Members to deepen my understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion issues
- Have a strong diverse representation and ensure diverse succession planning
- Increase our spending with women and minority-owned service providers and staff our matters with strong diverse talent
- Track our progress on our diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics and engage in meaningful discussions to amplify our efforts
