• Innovate beyond traditional approaches to DEI and coalesce as a community to solve local problems 
• Leverage our influence in the legal industry to affect the structures and systems that stifle progress
• Create new opportunities for underrepresented legal professionals through an increased commitment to mentoring and sponsorship 
• Use our privilege honorably to eradicate inequity in the legal profession by advocating for systemic change, supporting policy changes, and altering our approach to staffing legal matters
