Welcome to the new online home of LCLD.

The administrative staff and I are proud to launch the new and improved LCLD website.

We've been working on the site for a number of months, and believe that it represents a major advance in the way we manage, publish, and share information with you, our Members — with your diversity and communications professionals, with the public and the legal profession, and with the growing number of people who participate in our action programs.

We've designed the site to be "responsive" (just as readable on your smart phone or tablet as it is on your computer), and much more interactive than our previous versions. This is necessary to keep pace with changes in technology, for sure, but it's also because of the explosive growth LCLD has enjoyed over the past four years, which rapidly outpaced our ability to keep the old site current and clearly organized.

As I hope you'll notice, we've designed the new site with human beings in mind, and we've gone to great lengths to make it more logical and intuitive for Members, Fellows, and others who participate in our programs and activities.

You're busy people, and we want you to find whatever you need on the website, whenever you need it.

For example, you'll be able to easily scan the LCLD Calendar for upcoming Events, and register yourself and others with a touch of your finger. You'll also be able to access our various databases to find other Members, Fellows, 1L Scholars, and Mentoring colleagues on an interactive Map of our Membership and programming reach.

You'll be able to browse our Library of LCLD videos and founding documents, search past issues of the INSIDER newsletter, and stay current on our numerous program activities by scanning our home page or registering for our social media feeds. You'll have written and multimedia resources at your fingertips related to what works at other Member organizations, along with provocative ideas on diversity from thought leaders in the profession and academia.

And you can instantly share any story on the site by email or social media.
