COMMUNITY SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS
2013 Fellow Mara Garcia Kaplan recently joined Latino LEAD as a Planning Council Member. Latino LEAD (Leadership, Equity, Achievement, Diplomacy) is a cross-sector consortium of Latinos working together to advance their collective influence, success, and power.

REGIONAL ROUNDTABLES
LCLD Member and General Counsel of 3M Ivan Fong recently hosted the inaugural Fellows Regional Roundtable in collaboration with the Fellows Alumni. Read more about the roundtable here.
Due to the success of this first roundtable and the interest of other Fellows, Regional Roundtables will be held in 2015 in every city that has at least 10 Fellows. These cities include Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Miami, Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. More information about the roundtables will be available once planning is finalized.

Registration fees have been implemented to help cover increased conference expenses including speaker fees, one group dinner, and the growing number of Fellows Alumni.

15TH ANNUAL CHARTING YOUR OWN COURSE CAREER CONFERENCE - Orlando, FL: Feb. 5-8, 2015
The 15th Annual Charting Your Own Course Career Conference (CYOC) will take place Feb. 5-8, 2015, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Orlando, Florida. The theme for this year’s conference is “Personal Investment.” The conference is hosted by Werten Bellamy and a faculty team of in-house and outside counsel leaders from across the country. At CYOC, the focus is to place attorneys of color in the path of practical career strategies, delivered on a straight-talk platform by senior attorneys who are personally invested in the attendees. ABA LITIGATION SECTION CORPORATE COUNSEL COMMITTEE ANNUAL SEMINAR AND MEETING - Miami, FL: Feb. 12-15, 2015
Registration is now open for the ABA Litigation Section Corporate Counsel Committee's 2015 CLE Seminar and Meeting at the Trump National Doral Resort in Miami, Florida on February 12–15, 2015. Registration is FREE for in-house counsel.
In addition to new, cutting-edge CLE programs, the 2015 seminar will feature advanced skill-building workshops (including litigation budgeting), programs with judges, a General Counsel Forum and a Litigation Management Roundtable. The Open In-House Forum addresses topics of interest to in-house counsel (without outside counsel present). For outside counsel, there is an interactive program on client-concentric business development. NBA COMMERCIAL LAW SECTION 28TH ANNUAL CORPORATE COUNSEL CONFERENCE - Naples, FL: Feb. 26-28, 2015
The 28th Annual Corporate Counsel Conference is scheduled for Feb. 26-28, 2015, at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, Florida. The conference is expected to be sold out again this year.
