2016 Fellow Mercedes Caravello was promoted to Assistant General Counsel, Employment Law at The Home Depot, Inc. 

2015 Fellow Paula Barnes was promoted to Senior Counsel at Macy's, Inc. 

2015 Fellow JoAnn Dalrymple is now a partner at Sedgwick LLP.

2015 Fellow Sergio F. Oehninger recently presented a seminar entitled "Cyber Insurance for Data Breaches and Other Cyber Risks" at the Hispanic National Bar Association's Annual Corporate Counsel Conference. He also did a presentation on "Cross-Border Insurance Coverage Issues for Policyholders" as part of a Hunton & Williams series on cross-border legal issues. 

2015 Fellow Meredith Shaughnessy was promoted to Assistant General Counsel, SEC at The Home Depot, Inc. 

2014 Fellow Marcus Christian was named to Cybersecurity Docket's Incident Response 30, which is a list of its 30 best and brightest data breach response lawyers. The list was based on nominations, input from numerous senior lawyers in the field, and considerable research in an effort to answer the question: Who would you hire if your company suddenly found itself the victim of a data breach?”

2014 Fellow William Toles was elected to join the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, Washington & Lee University. 

2013 Fellow Lawrence Dietrich has been promoted to Vice President & Operating Unit Counsel for The Coca-Cola Company.  Lawrence will serve as the general counsel for the company-owned Coca-Cola bottler for the New York City, New Jersey, and Philadelphia areas and will be relocating to New York City for this role.  

2011 Fellow Diane Webster was named Partner in Charge of the Chicago office of Hinshaw and Culbertson LLP.

NEW DOWNLOADABLE FEATURE ON FELLOWS DIRECTORY 

Do you need a list of Fellows in your area to invite to an event? Would you like to connect with other Fellows in your practice area? A new feature in the Fellows Directory allows you to download a sortable, printable list of all LCLD Fellows, including position, location, contact information, law school, practice area, and more. 

To get the downloadable .csv (Excel) file of your results, click the new "Login" button (see instructions here) and enter the password. For security reasons, you must request the password as needed, directly from Stephanie UzelCaitlin Puffenberger, or Jessica Smith, as the password will change periodically. 

If you don't need to download your search results, you may continue to use the directory the way that you have always used it—without logging in.

PLEASE NOTE: If the directory landing page in your web browser does not look like the instructions screenshot linked above, then you will need to clear your web browser history as it relates to the directory. LCLD PATHFINDER WELCOME RECEPTION: Bellevue, WA - April 14, 2016 

Seattle-area Fellows are invited to the LCLD 2016 Pathfinder First Meeting Welcome Reception hosted by Lane Powell, PC at Pearl in Bellevue, WA, from 6-8 p.m. on April 14. Pearl is located at 700 Bellevue Way NE, Suite 50. PANEL SPEAKERS NEEDED - LAVENDER LAW 2015 CAREER SERVICES AND JOB SEARCH STRATEGIES FOR LAW STUDENTS: Washington, DC - August 6, 2016

Are you planning to attend the 2016 Lavender Law Conference and Career Fair? Would you like to speak to students to provide tips for success? This panel, moderated by LCLD Program Director Lori Lorenzo, will include lawyers from law firms, in-house legal departments, government, and non-profit organizations. The National LGBT Bar Association currently needs speakers for this panel which will take place on Saturday, August 6, from 9 - 10:30 a.m. at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel. VISITING WOMEN EXECUTIVE EXCHANGE PROGRAM: Yale University School of Management - September 11-15, 2016 

The Visiting Women Executive Exchange Program at the Yale School of Management addresses the most challenging professional step for women -- the leap to top management. Over one week, senior women managers from Africa and North America are prepared for transformational C-suite, board room, cabinet, and university leadership through intensive instruction in critical skills needed to think strategically, make better decisions, grow organizations, and lead diverse teams in a 21st century environment. The program runs Sunday, September 11, through Thursday, September 15, with a fee of $8,950. There is a discount for those who apply by May 1.
