FELLOWS ALUMNI MARATHON TEAM: Orlando, FL - Jan. 7, 2018
Have you been thinking about running a marathon? Want to do it with LCLD friends? NOW is your chance! The first ever all-LCLD Fellows Alumni "team" is running a marathon in Orlando on January 7. From 2012 Fellow Cassandra Headrick: "Okay...so there are only two of us on the "team," but what we lack in numbers we make up for in enthusiasm, and we'd love for you to join us -- whatever your experience level." LCLD RUNNING TEAM, HALF MARATHON OR 5K: Indianapolis, IN - May 5, 2018
Inspired by the Fellows Alumni Marathon Team running in Orlando in January, an LCLD "team" is taking shape to participate in the 2018 OneAmerica 500 Festival in Indianapolis in May. The Festival is centrally located, offers 5K (run/walk) and half marathon options appealing to all experience levels, and the 2016 Fellow participants promise to find appropriate Cinco de Mayo festivities for everyone after the race!
