3. Eversheds Sutherland Sets Female Partnership Goals

LCLD Member firm Eversheds Sutherland wants women to make up 30 percent of partnership ranks outside the U.S. by 2021, up from 26 percent. The firm is also launching a new development program that provides female associates with one-on-one coaching.
