4. The World’s Biggest Advertiser Wants Women to Direct 50% of Its Ads by 2023

LCLD Member organization Procter & Gamble aims to have women directing at least half of its product commercials in the next five years (they currently direct about 10 percent). P&G has also pledged to include at least one female director in the final pool of candidates to produce all commercials.
