Welcome to the Pathfinder Newsletter

“Pathways” is distributed to current and alumni Pathfinders each quarter and features program news and information, alerts of upcoming events, updates on your fellow Pathfinders, and other resources to help you get the most out of your involvement in the LCLD Pathfinder Program. Past Pathways newsletters are archived on the LCLD website.

We want to hear from you! If you received a promotion, changed jobs, are engaged in community service, or have a practice-related publication, we want to share it. If you plan to host a Pathfinder Meet-Up, or are attending an event and want to connect with other Pathfinders while traveling, let us know. We also want to hear personal updates—so let us know if you got married, had a baby, or had other big life changes, and we'll help you celebrate. Email newsletter submissions to Program Manager Erin Hess.

Pathfinders: Need to Know!

PLEASE COMPLETE THE PATHFINDER ALUMNI SURVEY: Classes of 2015-2018

The Pathfinder Alumni Survey helps LCLD continue to develop the program to meet the needs of our participants, but we need your help! Please consider adding your feedback on your experience as a Pathfinder participant to strengthen the program and develop a strong alumni community. You can take the survey by clicking here.

For your time, LCLD will donate $3 to The Posse Foundation for every survey completed before April 19, 2019. This donation will provide diverse high school students opportunities to thrive in college and beyond.

Please also note that all responses to the survey will be kept strictly confidential. LCLD will report only aggregate data and will not report results in categories small enough to allow any participant's identity to be inferred.

CLAIM YOUR NEW AND IMPROVED LCLD DIRECTORY PROFILE: CLASS REWARD

In response to requests from Pathfinders and Fellows, LCLD unveiled a new and improved Pathfinder Directory. The new directory provides a higher level of security and privacy, it is easier to update, easier to search, more firmly under your control, and more detailed in presenting vital information such as Practice Areas that can help you refer business to one another.

The most obvious change you'll see is that your directory is now password-protected, meaning that you'll need to create an LCLD account in order to update your existing Profile and access the personalized data contained in other Fellows' and Pathfinders' profiles. You'll also need to choose from a large menu of Practice Areas for display in the new directory, as the previous list is now obsolete.

The Pathfinder class with the highest level of participation will receive a prize from LCLD! For step-by-step instructions and a list of frequently asked questions, click here.
