The Fellows Alumni Survey is live! Please take 10 minutes to complete it.
2019 Fellow Alexander Birkhold and his husband Andrew welcomed Gustav Olson Norman Birkhold into the world on November 5, 2019. Gustav weighed in at 7 pounds 15 ounces, and 22 inches long. The new parents are doing well and adjusting to their new world of sleep deprivation and feeding schedules.
2019 Fellow Fatema Merchant was a panelist at PLI’s Advanced Venture Capital 2019 in San Francisco, where she spoke about CFIUS / FIRRMA and the changing landscape of foreign investment. Read more here.

FELLOWS ALUMNI SURVEY: Class of 2018 is in the lead!
LCLD is excited to announce the launch of this year’s Fellows Alumni Survey! The survey takes less than 10 minutes and helps demonstrate the value of the Fellows Program and the Alumni network. It also helps ensure that as LCLD grows, both the Fellows Program and the Alumni network continue to meet your needs.

To encourage participation, we're offering prizes (and bragging rights!) to the class with the highest response rate. The class of 2018 has taken the lead, but there's plenty of time for others to catch up!

We will also provide prizes (and bragging rights!) to the class with the highest response rate when the survey closes, so encourage your Fellows classmates to respond! Please note: This survey is for Fellows in classes 2011 through 2018. If you are a 2019 Fellow, you do not need to complete this survey.
2020 FELLOW AND PATHFINDER NOMINATIONS
Did you value what you learned and the connections you made during your LCLD Fellows year? Has being a member of the Fellows Alumni community helped enrich your career? Are there others in your organization who you think would benefit from the LCLD Fellows Program?
If you answered, "Yes!" to any of these questions, be sure to share your story and ensure that your organization participates in the 2020 Fellows Program. Please reach out to the LCLD Member General Counsel or Managing Partner and diversity contacts at your organization to start the conversation. Feel free to also review and share the LCLD Fellows Program Prospectus and Member Tool Kit, which are important resources for the program.
LCLD is accepting 2020 Fellow nominations now through Friday, January 31, 2020. However, please start those conversations now so LCLD Members have time to make informed nominations.
Additionally, if you know of any early-career attorneys at your organization that would benefit from participating in the Pathfinder Program, we encourage you to pass their names along for consideration in the 2020 Pathfinder Program, accepting selections now through Friday, February 7, 2020.
We hope that you will pay your Fellows experience forward by encouraging LCLD Members to continue to provide this leadership and relationship-building opportunity to other talented attorneys at your organization.

We welcome job postings from our Member organizations to be featured in the Fellows Weekly announcements (FWA) at no cost. Jobs must require at least seven (7) years of experience and state that a J.D. degree is required or preferred. Associate level positions (or equivalent) are not posted in the FWA.
Postings will remain in the FWA for four (4) consecutive weeks and then be removed. You may request one posting renewal for an additional four (4) weeks.
