Current Fellows in the Northeast region recently met at Skadden’s Manhattan office for the first in-person LCLD event since 2020. During this On-The-Road session, Fellows favorite Chris De Santis, specialist in Management & Organization Development, spoke on the insights in his new book, Why I Find You Irritating: Navigating Generational Friction at Work: “Events shape perceptions, perceptions become beliefs, and beliefs become the basis for our values.” At the cocktail reception, Fellows connected with one another and made plans to reconnect in advance of the September Fellows Second Meeting in Washington, DC.

Fellows in the West region will have the opportunity to attend the July 19 session at Orrick’s San Francisco office, and in August, Fellows in the Midwest will meet at Barnes & Thornburg’s Chicago office. A virtual session on July 14 will allow Fellows unable to attend in-person sessions to hear from Chris De Santis and connect in a smaller group. In Fall/Winter 2022, Fellows will take a new speaker on the road to four new cities: Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C.—so stay tuned if you don’t yet see your region on the calendar.
