Leadership Positions
Eric Castillo is a 2018 Fellow of LCLD. As Director and Senior Counsel at BNP Paribas, Eric works on securities offerings, equity derivatives and other capital market transactions, including structured investment products. At BNPP, Eric has worked on sustainable green bond issuances, and has focused on the digitalization and automation of the US securities issuance program. Prior to joining the Bank in 2010, Eric was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP in NY where he was involved in the firms pro bono efforts. Eric received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, LL.M. from NYU Law and B.S. from Cornell University.
