To get the most out of the LCLD Pathfinder Program, we urge Pathfinders to complete all of the Pathfinder E-Modules and associated assignments, as well as stay engaged with their Peer Circles and Program Facilitators throughout the summer.

Please complete the following items for both e-modules as they are released.

1. Log in here and watch each e-module as it's released. The deadline for watching each e-module will be decided by your Peer Circle, but should be well in advance of the final completion deadline listed for each e-module. Use the companion worksheets to guide your viewing (relevant worksheets will be available on each e-module page). If you need your invitation link or have forgotten your password, please contact Devin Garcia, LCLD Programs Specialist.

2. Complete one or more action assignments. The assignments will be available on each e-module page, in addition to the Pathfinder E-Module Portal landing page. The deadlines for completing the e-modules, action assignments, suggested readings, and conducting your Peer Circle meetings are as follows:

  1. Goal Setting: July 12, 2022
  2. Time Management: September 13, 2022

3. Schedule a meeting with your Peer Circle to discuss the e-module, and specifically, what take-away messages you plan to implement. Discuss solutions for any roadblocks that might hinder your success. We recommend that you each choose 1-2 different suggested readings and share summaries with one another. Do not rely solely on email! Much ground can be covered in one video or phone call, and the interactive nature of a conversation will be much more helpful to your growth and development. For questions about your Peer Circle assignment, please contact Sarah Alexander.

4. Consider inviting a “guest" speaker to your Peer Circle meeting, especially someone who may be able to speak more about the e-module topic. Your guest may be a good sounding board for questions that come up during your individual work on the topic. The guest can be anyone – your Program Facilitator, another mentor, LCLD Alumni – be creative!

5. Schedule a time to connect with your Program Facilitator to discuss what you’ve learned and how you plan to implement any changes. Your Program Facilitator will also receive emails notifying them of your upcoming assignments. Ask if there are internal resources available to help maximize your time. For questions about your Program Facilitator, please email Sarah Alexander, Pathfinder Program Manager.

6. Remember to register for any "Live Session" webinars related to the e-module topics. See the LCLD Calendar of Events for specific details.
