“The Din” is the newsletter for Hanson Bridgett’s Diversity & Inclusion Network. The newsletter includes updates on diversity events, pipeline programs, community projects, and diversity awards, as well as special articles on particular diversity-related topics and initiatives. The newsletter also includes a section devoted to LCLD updates, which the firm felt it was important to share with their clients and the broader legal community.

Hanson Bridgett launched the newsletter in 2011 after receiving the Law Firm Diversity Award from the State Bar of California.

“It was decided that we needed an outlet to share our diversity efforts with the greater legal community, both on the macro and micro level,” said Naomi Smith, Director of Attorney Recruiting and Diversity.

The newsletter is distributed quarterly to over 300 staff and attorneys and more than 200 external contacts. See past issues of the newsletter here.
