General Counsel, MassMutual
Michael O’Connor became General Counsel of MassMutual in 2017. He joined the company in 2005 and began leading the Corporate Law and Government Relations team in 2008. MassMutual is a leader in LCLD’s Mentoring, Fellows, and 1L Scholars programs, and started its own 1L Diversity Clerkship Program, which offers paid experience to diverse, first-year law students.
MassMutual was named an LCLD Top Performer in 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2022.
