2016-2017 ADVOCACY PROGRAM KICK-OFF
October will mark the fourth installment of the LCLD Fellows Advocacy Program. The program, designed to assist Fellows from all classes advocate on behalf of each other in their careers, will kick-off in late October. LCLD FELLOWS CRUISE: Jan. 13-16, 2017
Please join your LCLD Fellows for the LCLD Inaugural 3-Day Cruise for MLK weekend (Jan. 13-16) from Miami to Nassau, Bahamas, and Norwegian Cruise Line's private island. It is an all-inclusive cruise, i.e., all drinks are included. Although we see each other at the Alumni Conference, a group of us in Chicago though it would be nice to see each other on a more frequent basis. Therefore, we planned a cruise. BAKER BOTTS OCTOBER CLE: Washington, DC - Oct. 25, 2016
Baker Botts' October CLE program “Business As Unusual? The Impact of the Election, Geopolitics, Cyber Threats and New Regulations in a Year of Transition” will be hosted in Baker Botts’ DC office on October 25. The meeting will feature CLE panels, a luncheon with special guest speaker Mike Allen (former Chief White House Correspondent for POLITICO) and a cocktail reception.
