2018 Fellow Landon Eustache has moved to Wells Fargo & Company, where he is Senior Counsel.

2016 Fellow Steve Flores was recently named Latino Lawyer of the Year by the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois. He was recognized at HLAI’s upcoming black tie Gala on Friday, June 21.
2016 Fellow Cathi Hunt has been elected into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. The attorneys invited into the College are the most distinguished and accomplished in the field of labor and employment law across the U.S. and Canada. Read more here.
2016 Fellow Carl Myers has moved to Stanley Black & Decker, Inc, where he is Senior IP Counsel - Middle East & Africa.
2016 Fellow Miles Plaskett was named to Lawyers of Color’s inaugural Nation’s Best List. Read more here.
2015 Fellow Kiamesha Colom was featured in an article about changes to the Indiana foster care system. Kiamesha and her husband have been working to change foster care laws since last year. Read more here.
2014 Fellow Wanda Richards was promoted to Managing Senior Counsel, assuming leadership responsibilities for PNC Bank’s Treasury Management Legal team.
2013 Fellow Caryn Groce was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Viacom International Media Networks.
2012 Tony Gay was just named the Vice President and General Counsel of PECO, an Exelon Company and one of the oldest and largest utility companies in the United States. He is currently the Vice President, Governmental and External Affairs for PECO and will assume his new role on July 15.

LCLD MENTOR REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
Attorneys at LCLD Member organizations may now register to become Mentors as part of the 2019-2020 LCLD Success in Law School Mentoring Program. In the fall, registered Mentors will be matched with diverse, first-year law students in major cities across the country. We look forward to working with your organization as part of the Mentoring Program this year! Thank you in advance for your help.

TWIN CITIES MARATHON TEAM - October 2019
The unofficial LCLD marathon team is at it again! We’re running “the most beautiful urban marathon in America,” the Twin Cities Marathon, in October 2019. Our team is, as yet, small but committed. We hope you’ll consider joining us—whatever your experience level. It is a fun race, and the Twin Cities are home to a number of LCLD Member organizations and Fellows. We welcome job postings from our Member organizations to be featured in the Fellows Weekly announcements (FWA) at no cost. All positions must either require a J.D. degree or explicitly state that a J.D. degree is preferred, in addition to at least seven (7) years of experience. Associate level positions (or equivalent) are not posted in the FWA.
Postings will remain in the FWA for four (4) consecutive weeks and then be removed. You may request one posting renewal for an additional four (4) weeks. Opportunities received in accordance with the policy prior to 5 p.m. ET on Sunday will be posted in the Fellows Weekly Announcements released on the following Tuesday.*
