Welcome, Fellows!
Every year since 2011, the LCLD Fellows Program has grown to include more than 2,500 top diverse, mid-career legal talent. You’re now part of that community and we welcome you to form new relationships, take advantage of personal and professional development, and interact with some of the United States’ top corporate General Counsel and law firm Managing Partners.
The Fellows Program year will include full class meetings, small group sessions, accountability partners, and regional events. There will be a range of opportunities and we encourage you to take advantage of as many of them as possible. No two Fellows will have the same experience and it's up to you to choose how you will take advantage of all the program has to offer.

Events
In addition to full Class Meetings, Learning Experiences, and Leadership Lunches, Fellows have access to a variety of events throughout the year, including both substantive and relationship-building opportunities. Visit the LCLD Events Calendar and select the “Fellows” filter to register for upcoming events.

#TalentRising is a weekly newsletter for current Fellows, current Pathfinders, and LCLD Alumni. This newsletter includes personal announcements from program participants, upcoming events and opportunities, helpful resources, and job opportunities. You may submit personal announcements for the newsletter here.
All Fellows should automatically receive this newsletter on Tuesdays at 1 pm ET and past issues of the newsletter are archived on the website. If you are not receiving the newsletter in your inbox, please reach out to Devin Garcia, LCLD Programs Specialist.
LCLD Directory
The LCLD Directory is a password-protected directory of all LCLD Fellows, Pathfinders, and Alumni. You may use the directory to stay in touch, expand your network, and refer business to other members of the LCLD community. Make sure you claim your profile and keep it up-to-date so that the rest of the LCLD community has the best information about you!
The directory also helps you find and connect with LCLD program participants, whether in your area or when traveling.
