Through our commitment to fostering personal connections and sustained and targeted investment in diverse legal talent, we strive to empower our Alumni, Fellows, and Pathfinders with the goal of cultivating leaders, transforming career trajectories, and advancing diversity in the legal profession.
Launched by the 2011 Class of LCLD Fellows at the end of their fellowship year, and extended to include Pathfinder Alumni in 2019, the LCLD Alumni network has grown into a vibrant and active program. The LCLD Alumni Program is designed to support all graduates of the LCLD Fellows and LCLD Pathfinder programs throughout their careers. The goal of this organization is to provide:
- Leadership Development
- Business Training
- Peer-to-Peer Mentoring
- Relationship-Building Opportunities
