Through our commitment to fostering personal connections and sustained and targeted investment in diverse legal talent, we strive to empower our Alumni and Fellows with the goal of cultivating leaders, transforming career trajectories, and advancing diversity in the legal profession.
Welcome to the LCLD Alumni community! Shortly after the first LCLD Fellows Class completed its fellowship year, LCLD Fellows wanted to continue the LCLD experience, and the Fellows Alumni Organization--now the LCLD Alumni Program--was born.
Over the last 10 years, the LCLD Alumni Program has grown from a loose networking group into an organization with robust programming and networking opportunities for in-house and law firm Alumni at all stages of their careers.
As graduates of the LCLD Fellows Program or LCLD Pathfinder Program, you receive automatic admission into the LCLD Alumni Program. You are not required to be part of an LCLD Member organization to be involved with the LCLD Alumni network--once a Fellow or Pathfinder, always a Fellow or Pathfinder!
How you choose to engage in the LCLD community is completely up to you! Applications for our Executive Council, City Lead, Class Liaison, and committees are open each spring, and our programming year operates June to June. However, if you’re ready to get involved now, please contact Alyssa Yuen, LCLD Alumni Program Manager, to discuss how and where you can apply your talents and leadership.

Special Event Series: Racial Justice and Equity Action Roundtables
Check the calendar for this series of virtual roundtable meetings designed for Alumni to discuss the current state of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in their respective organizations and develop a comprehensive action plan with the goal of tangibly increasing diversity and fostering more inclusivity within those organizations.

Fellow & Pathfinder Directory
The LCLD Directory is a password-protected directory of all LCLD Fellows, Pathfinders, and Alumni. You can use the directory to stay in touch, expand your network, and refer business to other members of the LCLD community. Make sure your profile is claimed and up-to-date so that the rest of the LCLD community has the best information about you.
