Did you know?
LCLD provides lots of opportunities to pay it forward to young lawyers, and there's one coming up next month.
2018 Fellow Angela Gomes recently received the Trailblazer Award from Boston University School of Law's Black Law Students Association at its annual Spring Conference and Gala. The gala recognizes leaders in the legal community and individuals and organizations who have contributed to the association's success.
2018 Fellow Jorge Leon was recently promoted to Co-Chair of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP.
2017 Fellow Keyonn Pope was selected by the Chicago Scholars as one of its "35 Under 35 Making an Impact." Read more here.
2017 Fellow Keith Thornton is now Deputy General Counsel for the Employment Law team at SunTrust.
2016 Fellow Guillermo Christensen will be speaking in Amsterdam May 4 on "Legal Privilege and its Implications in Cross Border Investigations" and "Cybersecurity and IoT" at the 3rd Annual Global Anti-Corruption and Compliance Summit.
2016 Fellow Shalu Tandon is now Director, Employment Counsel at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
2015 Fellow Saminaz Akhter is now Partner at Blank Rome LLP.
2015 Fellow Paula Barnes recently presented on a CLE panel for the New York State Bar Association's Fashion Law Committee on the topic "Advising Brands on the Use of Influencer Marketing."
2015 Fellow Alicia Ritchie recently received the Distinguished Women's Award from the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland. Read more here.

LCLD is looking for Fellows and Fellows Alumni to participate in Compass Conversations for the 2018 LCLD Pathfinders. Compass Conversations are small group gatherings (like Leadership Lunches) that provide an opportunity for Pathfinders (high-potential, early-career attorneys) to network with you and hear your thoughts on career development topics over an informal lunch on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. WOMEN'S ACCELERATED LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE WITH HARVARD LAW SCHOOL EXECUTIVE EDUCATION: Deadline May 18, 2018
The purpose of this program is to accelerate the leadership potential, experience, and visibility of promising women attorneys who are early to mid-stage partners.
