This second and final in-person meeting for the 2015 LCLD Pathfinder pilot participants took place at LCLD Member firm Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Chicago, Illinois. The Pathfinders benefitted from several professional development sessions on topics including developing a "success mindset" and effective interpersonal communication skills, as well as how to navigate sudden change and manage time more effectively.
There were also case study group sessions for law firm and in-house Pathfinders, led by Carrie Fletcher, Executive Director of Harvard Law School Executive Education, and John Mitchell, "The Purple Coach" and Owner at KM Advisors, LLC.
Seven LCLD Fellows Alumni also spoke to the 2015 Pathfinders in a panel presentation and small groups about their paths to success, where they shared tips for navigating difficult choices and things they wish they had known earlier in their careers.
The meeting ended with a lively presentation on executive presence and a closing networking reception.
